If the product you purchased from us is faulty through no fault of your own or it is not as per the advertised product, we will accept return of the goods for a full refund – conditions apply so read our comprehensive Warranty And Returns Policy. Customer to send back at your own cost in original packaging and in new condition, the product must be complete and undamaged, we also require the original invoice. All money will be be refunded in the same manner it was received, if by credit card the original credit card must be present for a refund (this may be changed at our discretion).

Reasons you would send back:

  • Not what you ordered
  • Product is faulty
  • Damaged during transit (if damage during transit we will replace with new camera).


  • You will require an RMA number from us (Returned Merchandise Authorisation)
  • Please email us on [email protected] before shipping the goods back to us as there may be a simple fix.
  • No returns will be accepted without a phone call or email confirmed by us.
  • 7 day money back guarantee does not cover damage done by customer.
  • 7 day money back guarantee does not cover customer change of mind.

 Returns Policy

Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 and state fair trading legislation, our return policy allows for a refund to a buyer if the goods sold:

  • are or become defective through no fault of the buyer;
  • are not for the purpose we stated or the purpose the buyer made known to us;
  • don’t match our description or sample; or
  • have defects that were not obvious or that we did not bring to the buyer’s attention.

We are under no obligation to accept returns if the customer changes their mind and decides that they don’t like or need the good or discovers that the product is cheaper elsewhere.

We may accept returns as required under the Trade Practices Act 1974 but if they are not defective, acceptance will at our discretion and an administration fee of $49.50 will be applied.


Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 we as a retailer to consumers, automatically give certain guarantees.

Businesses that make goods, put them together or have their name on them also give certain guarantees. Importers give these same guarantees if the maker does not have an office in Australia.

If a consumer has a problem with goods purchased from us they are free to approach us to obtain a remedy.
